Wow. I didn't realize that Barbra Streisand was so...well, so vocal. I've always loved her voice, but by no means has anyone ever accused me of being a Streisand-junkie, no sir. I'm much more of a Judy Garland kinda gal. Streisand's far too stiff a performer, there's no comparison. Too busy making sure lighting and hair are perfect to really put her all into a delivery. But, I digress.
I'm seeing her in a new light now. A new respect. Without a doubt, she certainly puts her all into her political vents. She's an outstanding vocalist. Way to go, Babs! Look out Bush Administration.
